Within the framework of the WAN Annual Assembly, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between WAN and the publishing house Editorial «Plaza Y Valdés, S.A. De C.V.» (Mexico), under which the parties agreed to take part jointly in the publication and distribution of books and monographs on academic research relating to the development of the theory of noonomy.
