Abstract
The collection contains articles based on reports by speakers at the VIII International Political and Economic Congress named after A.V. Buzgalin, which was held at the Faculty of Economics of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. The key topic of the congress and the collection is the political and economic analysis of the Russian economic system in the context of global transformations of the 21st century. The first volume presents the papers of domestic and foreign experts on the topics of transformations of the global economy, Russia’s place in the new emerging world order, and the responses of economic theory to the challenges of real world. Based on interdisciplinary research, the authors substantiate a set of in-demand measures of socio-economic policy in modern conditions.
