Regularities of the Noonomy Foundation Formation as Future Social Order: to Know and Operate
Abstract
The current period of world development was marked not only by the surge of scientific and technological progress (STP), the beginning of new technological revolution, qualitative changes in material production of the appropriate level according to the time being, but also by the aggravation and intensification of conflict in the world. The relevance of this monograph is due both to the need of identification the causes of these events and regularities of long-term socio-economic development in general, and to the already realized necessity of society to create mechanisms for managing this development and to train specialists in all areas of activity.This monograph is a theoretical work (with an eye to practical implementation), “produced” on a fundamental scientific basis, created and continuously developed by the authors of the book for several decades - who follow their own “track” in their research, but eventually came to unity and consensus on key and fundamental issues and provisions. The peculiarity of this work is the “docking” of the authors’ theories and concepts, which eventually gave rise to a new scientific product and led to substantial enrichment of developments and results. The monograph destroys the “curved mir- rors” created by the “mainstream” of modern economic thought, analyzes the fundamental laws of long-term socio-economic development as a process of changing technological and world economic modes, identifies the content and key events of new modes (including the evolution of production processes and the formation of the New Industrial Society of the second generation - NIS.2). We revealed significant changes taking place in the economy and modern society, which will anticipate the emergence of a completely new system of relations - noonomy and noosociety. Special attention in the work is paid to the changes introduced as a result of STP in all spheres of public life - in values, cul- ture, perception and motivation of a person - which, on the one hand, create threats to the existence of humanity, and, on the other hand, open unprecedented opportunities for its development, the long-awaited “leap”, in the words of the classics, from the kingdoms of necessity into the kingdom of freedom. But in order to dispose of this opening freedom not to the detriment, but for the benefit of human civilization, it is also necessary for society to achieve a high level and culture of Knowledge. The paper presents the authors’ suggestions and recommendations for a high-quality and effective nootransition (including taking into account Russian realities) and much more.
