Abstract

The book contains S.D. Bodrunov's articles where issues of modern trends of human civilization development are reviewed using theoretical and methodological range of political economy. Developing the noonomy theory, S.D. Bodrunov relies on political economy as a way of understanding those socio-economic contradictions which lead to increase of global problems, while creating prerequisites for the transition to a new development stage at the same time. Here, the results of the author's work over more than ten years grouped by thematic lines of research are presented. At the same time, political-economic view is represented in a context of wider, complex approach to the study of society development. This book is intended for scholars and lecturers, as well as graduate and undergraduate students in the social sciences.
