The Theory of Noonomy, Artificial Intelligence and New Concepts of Global Governance

Abstract
Under present-day conditions, civilizational challenges have become significantly more acute, which requires the search for new methods of development management, including formulation of their theoretical and methodological background. The concept of noonomy, based on recent achievements of socio-economic science, offers clear prospects for further global development, subject to certain changes in its paradigmatic attitudes, which are embodied in real politics and in related academic frameworks. The material basis of the nootransition is made up of progressive technologies, a special place among which is occupied by digital technologies and, in particular, artificial intelligence. This paper examines the possibilities of its use in the context of the development of the global governance system.
