Abstract

The modern world is undergoing a phase of turbulent development and the formation of a multipolar model, which is due to the combined impact of a number of fundamental and situational factors. In these conditions, it is necessary to rethink the theoretical and methodological approaches to socio-economic knowledge in order to provide an adequate explanation for the current transformations. In the future, it is necessary to formulate a strategy and outline key reference points for ultra-long-term development. The paper shows that the theory of noonomy can serve as a foundation, as well as provides a brief description of the theory and proposes tools for its gradual practical implementation.

Keywords: noonomy, new industrial society of the second generation, designing the future, quadriga of noonomy, nootransition, techno-economic paradigm, socio-economic development
