Abstract

The crisis of the established civilization model, the "civilization of maximization" leads to an aggravation of economic, social and environmental problems. A nootransition to a new civilizational paradigm is needed, linked to the concept of sustainable development, which is consensual for the world community. The nootransition itself must be carried out within a fairly narrow ecological framework. In these conditions, the knowledge factor, increasing the knowledge intensity of the economy, as well as compliance with the "precautionary principle", are becoming increasingly important. The use of sustainable development indicators is proposed as one of the possible approaches to measuring the success of the nootransition.
