Noonomy and Sustainable Development: Regional Dimension

Abstract
The transformation of the socio-economic system observed in the modern world is associated with the attribution of a new quality to it. In the long term, as follows from the concept of noonomy, this may lead to the formation of a new type of society - a non-economic society. Although this is a very distant prospect, from the point of view of scientific analysis, the transition to noonomy appears to be quite logical. One of the elements of this nootransition, according to the authors, is the implementation of elements of the sustainable development concept into actual socio-economic reality, which, like noonomy, is based on humanistic and human-centered principles. The paper examines the peculiarities of the formation of a sustainable development model at the regional level in the Russian Federation, identifies the achievements and shortcomings of various regions of the country in moving towards the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the UN. The obtained results can be used to adjust regional policy in the Russian Federation.
