Basic Theses of the Theory of Noonomy

Abstract
Analysis of basic theses of the theory of noonomy by Professor S.D. Bodrunov is carried out; the relevance of the development of socialization elements of economic relations, the transition to the model of the New Industrial Society of the second generation (NIS.2), and then to noonomy is substantiated. It is revealed that changes in the material and technological basis of production based on knowledge-intensive technologies lead to a global transformation of society itself where simulative needs will be replaced by truly humanistic qualities and values.
