Conference on the Theory of Noonomy at Makerere University, Uganda

About the event

On August 20, 2026, at Makerere University in Kampala (Uganda), the first international scientific conference devoted to the theory of noonomy of Sergey Bodrunov was held on the African continent. It united Ugandan scholars, representatives of state planning and finance bodies, Russian researchers, and African teachers and students. According to the data provided by the organizers, the total number of live and online participants of the conference exceeded 100 people.

Sergey Lobanov, Head of Mission at the Russian Embassy in Uganda, gave a welcoming speech to the participants.
